Finishing plasterer wanted in Starr County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Starr County, Texas. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Requirements: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents On the job you will handle: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat 5+ years on the tools preferred.
