Canteen cook • Knox County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Knox County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
