Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Khana, Rivers State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
