Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Ayamelum, Anambra State. You will work at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them ₦7,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
