Tandoor cook wanted in Buji

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Buji, Jigawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
