Powder coating line operator — Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Jackson County, Oregon. You will work in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
