Powder spray gun operator — Nguru

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Nguru, Yobe State. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Part-time with flexible hours.
