Tandoor cook wanted in Brown County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Brown County, Texas. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
