Retail butcher — Kaduna North

Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Kaduna North, Kaduna State. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
