You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 5+ years on the tools preferred.
