Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Stark County, Ohio. You will work at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
