Meat cutter — Ife North

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ife North, Osun State. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 4+ years on the tools preferred.
