We are recruiting: line cook (Niger State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Rafi, Niger State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service Rotating shifts.
