Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Iwo, Osun State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils ₦1,750 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
