Surface coating operator wanted in Wayne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Wayne County, Nebraska. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
