Automotive paint technician — Harda

Immediate opening: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Harda, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at a busy body shop. On the job you will handle: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair We are looking for 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing; good eye for colour matching and blending. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
