Great opportunity: hoist operator (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Pulaski County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Current medical and eyesight certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
