Grill cook — Limestone County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Limestone County, Alabama. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
