Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Full-time, day shift.
