Meat trimmer wanted in Bida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Bida, Niger State. On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
