Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Idanre, Ondo State. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
