We are recruiting: sheet metal press operator (Nasarawa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Karu, Nasarawa State. You will work at a busy press shop. On the job you will handle: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards 2+ years on the tools preferred.
