Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Marshall County, Minnesota. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
