What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
