Meat trimmer wanted in Garfield County

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Garfield County, Oklahoma. You will work at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
