Catering cook — Zuru

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Zuru, Kebbi State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
