Gantry crane operator wanted in Stevens County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Stevens County, Kansas. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work 3+ years on the tools preferred. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
