Confectioner wanted in Etsako West

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Etsako West, Edo. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
