Ideal candidate: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Day to day you will check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling.
