Cook wanted in Gaines County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Gaines County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
