Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Clinton County, Illinois. Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers.
