Bench joiner • Stevens County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bench joiner in Stevens County, Kansas. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. On the job you will handle: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions What we are looking for: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height 3+ years on the tools preferred.
