We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Hendricks County, Indiana. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
