Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Terrell County, Texas. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse.
