Powder coating technician • Toro, Bauchi State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Toro, Bauchi State. You will work at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 5+ years on the tools preferred.
