Vacancy available: catering cook (Jigawa State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Auyo, Jigawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
