You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; clear and reset tables between covers.
