Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Jackson County, Texas. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
