Grill cook wanted in Cornwall

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Cornwall, England. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
