Cnc setter-operator wanted in Kent County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Kent County, Michigan. You will work in a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
