Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Jaba, Kaduna State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO 3+ years on the tools preferred.
