You should have: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Day-to-day duties: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
