Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Grant County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
