Line cook — Scott County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Scott County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 5+ years on the tools preferred.
