Tandoor cook wanted in Hunt County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Hunt County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Part-time with flexible hours.
