Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Dawakin Kudu, Kano State. The job is at a textile finishing unit. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment The role involves keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; give each garment a final press before packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
