Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Odukpani, Cross River State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
