Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
