Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Fairfax County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Fairfax County, Virginia. The role involves: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
