Urgent requirement: gang bricklayer (Yobe State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Jakusko, Yobe State. The job is at a residential building site. The role involves: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays You should have: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Pay around ₦240,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
